We appreciate every individual in our Trust and their contribution to our successful outcomes. We always know that we can do more and we are continuously working on actively listening, upskilling, supporting and improving in any way which supports our colleagues.

We serve a diverse community of families from a wide range of nationalities and ethnic backgrounds and differing socio-economic situations. We employ people from the local community which is a great way to invest in, and develop, local talent and to provide role models to whom our students can relate.

We also attract people from further afield; Wellingborough is an expanding area and with good transport links to London, the south east and midlands; we find that new employees have often relocated to the area.
